Understand the parts.
Engineer the whole.

I’m Kingshuk. I build at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and the systems that connect them.

My work has taken me from embedded product development and PCB design to IoT systems and engineering leadership. I’m interested in what happens between the layers: how a physical signal becomes useful information, and how every decision along the way affects the complete system.

From curiosity
to connected systems.

Programming and robotics were my starting point. Competitive robotics and technical education led into embedded product development, commercial IoT, and medical-device projects. That path expanded my focus from individual components to the architecture of the complete system.

Today, I’m Lead Hardware and Systems Engineer at HiveTech AI.

Follow my career

Think across the boundaries.

Start with the problem.

Define what the system needs to do, who it serves, and the conditions it needs to work in.

Understand the constraints.

Consider the hardware, firmware, connectivity, and software together. Decisions at one layer affect the others.

Build with the whole system in mind.

Connect the technical decisions to the complete product, from its physical interface to the software behind it.

Education.

Engineering, software, and a broader perspective on product and business.
